A Defence

I would love a 100% Philip Glass if he were not a 'Tibet cause' activist, which, nevertheless, does not hamper a bit my adoration for his music, so I was really irritated when some people unfairly criticised his scores for the English film 'Notes on a Scandal' as 'overtuned' and 'way too distracting'. It was definitely a great sound track to a great movie adaptation of a great English novel!

Dench is as amazingly powerful as the music, by the way.
